I am new to Pocket PC Phones and am looking for WiFi and PIM on a phone but I spend much of my time in marginal reception areas where I need to maintain cell phone contact. It seems like these high end phones only work on digital signals (is this true?). Will any of these phones receive and make voice calls in marginal and/or analog signal areas?

It's true that all current Pocket PC phones work only on digital bands with no analog support. Your best bet would be to try one from your carrier and see if it works for you. All carriers in the US offer 14 days to try out a new device to see if it works for you.
