I have had a Palm Zire 72 for 2 years and have enjoyed its features, yet have had multiple breakdowns and product defects. I would like to replace it with another PDA, but I am so frustrated with Palm Inc's poor service that I would like to get another make if possible. Is there another PDA out there that has built-in camera capabilities? I don't need it to be a great camera or take video clips. I use it in my medical office to document rashes, bruises, etc. Otherwise, I just use the calendar/organizer functions, medical references like Epocrates, nothing fancy. Thanks!!!

Hmm... Palm is once again pretty much the only vendor to sell handhelds with the Palm OS, so if you want to buy from someone else, you can expect to have to learn Windows Mobile, which you may or may not like better, but just keep it mind, it will certainly be different.
But... the only current Windows Mobile device I can think of with a camera is, ironically, the new Treo 700w, which is still made by Palm.
There are tons of PocketPCs, though, and I'm guessing there are some camera-enabled devices out there that I don't know about. (There certainly used to be some.) HP at least used to make an SD camera for iPaqs that was better than average by PDA standards, but I'm not sure if it is still sold/still compatible with current models.
