We've posted a review of HP's top-of-the line iPAQ Pocket PC PDA here: http://www.mobiletechreview.com/ipaq-hx2790.htm . Check it out if you need a really fast Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC and/or biometric security. It's got a 624MHz processor, 192 megs of flash ROM, Bluetooth and WiFi.

Lisa,
Just read your review of the Ipaq 2790 and thought I'd point out something you stated that is wrong. The HP ProtectTools that is preloaded on the Ipaq does not encrypt the contacts, calendar, or tasks. They are grayed out in the encryption settings page on the 2790's we just bought at work and I submitted a support case to HP. A person on the HP chat support said it has something to do with Windows Mobile 5.0 and will look into it further. This is a bummer because one of the main reasons we bought these was because they supposedly would encrypt all this personal information (PI) stuff which has become a big deal around here of late. The biometric login works fine which helps protect the info but we (and probably others) expected a little more.
Thanks,
Mark

On mine, the option to encrypt PIM data was not grayed out and I used that feature while I owned and used the device.
