I have an HP 4705, for about 4 months now and noticed recently that the 4705 is no longer listed on the HP.com website. If I search for it, I only find it listed as "refurbished". Does anyone know if HP decided to deep-six the 4705 already? I know accessories are almost impossible to find, but overall i am very happy with the unit. Comments?

As far as I know, HP isn't continuing the excellent iPAQ 4705. Guess they want Dell to get all the VGA Pocket PC business . However, chargers, sync cables, batteries and cases shouldn't be too hard to find.

seems that every manufacturers are trying to be the next treo. if the rumor mongers are to be true, dell will soon give up their axim lines for a communicator type device as well. it might very well be that palm would be the last pda maker around. even palm has simplified its line to have the z22 and tx only.

Don't forget the Treos, although those are technically "smartphones." It could be argued that smartphones are a type of PDA.

Mobile Manager is just a fancy marketing word for a PDA with some cool features .
