I read the MobileTech Review of this phone and ran out and bought one for my business. I was wondering if the reviewer actually tried the address book? It seems that you can not sort your contacts by company. Unbelievably you can not even type in a business name and find the business. This afternoon,I spent quite a bit of time (most of it on hold)with Nokia Tech support both in FL & CA. Went up to level 2 support. Ebony suggested that I delete all my contacts first and last names and then the phone would sort by company name. Absurd! Nokia's website touts this phone as a "business" phone. A business phone that can't sort your contacts by business. They have got to be kidding. Anybody have any suggestions? I, like Nokia tech support, am clueless. Thanks, TG

There is no sort by company option, that is true and company names will be sort alphabetically amongst individual names. So we have:
Doe John Energizer Cleaning Co. Fernandez Jose
That hasn't posed a problem for me. But I do ever so strongly agree that searching by company name should really be a standard feature of S60. Not sure how Nokia missed that one.
