Palm T/X & 1GB SD Card--Data Loss & Non User-Initiated Reboots
      #26254 - 12/20/06 02:01 AM

Hello everyone,

I hope that someone may be able to help with some difficulties which I've been experiencing with my Palm T/X. It's only 6 months old, I am using an ATP High Speed 1GB SD Card. And when I press Command + "Q" in a Word-to-Go file, instead of just saving the Doc as it's supposed to do, it restarts, and sometimes the document just mysteriously disappears for good. This does not occur, for example with the other programs such as Photos & Videos which make use of the SD card, as well.

Also Memo will freeze up the first time opened, necessitating a Hard restart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,

Palm d'Or

Have you tried reformatting the card using the Palm?
