The most recent PDAs with cameras are both somewhat old, I'm afraid: the Palm Zire 72 and the HP iPAQ rx3715. These are straight PDAs with no cell phone built-in. There are quite a few current PDA-phones and smartphones with cameras.

I-mate devices are cool, but those generally aren't PDAs but rather have phones in them too. Not sure if the person wants more than just a PDA.
