Sling announced a new Slingbox, posititioned between the $129 AV and the $299 PRO. The Slingbox SOLO will sell for $179 and will simultaneously be available in the US, Canada and the UK. It features a refreshed design and built-in component HD input. Every input has a pass-thru output as well.
Also, SlingPlayer Mobile for Symbian S60 is now available for sale as a stand-alone client fo $29.99 US from Sling's web site. It's also available in Canada and the UK. They're working with Nokia on bringing a free version to the US version of the Nokia N95 when it ships.
