Nanostray 2 for Nintendo DS Announced for Early 2008 Release
      #28669 - 10/04/07 11:04 AM

If you liked the first Nanostray, (well who didn't?) you should be happy to hear that Majesco today announced Nanostray 2 for the Nintendo DS. A game that was credited for selling many NDS hardware, the campaigns in Nanostray were a bit short. One good thing about its popularity is that you don't have to wait for too long for another run in the galaxy.... Here is the announcement:

"Majesco today announced Nanostray 2 for the Nintendo DS. Developed by Shin'en and due out in early 2008, Nanostray 2 is the sequel to the first 3D shooter that launched for the handheld system in 2005.

A top-down, sci-fi shooter, Nanostray 2 features six game modes, including two-player co-op, two-player vs, Challenge (with 30+ different missions) and the brand new Simulator (go high-score hunting in four futuristic games). With both horizontal and vertical viewpoints that offer more variety between levels, Nanostray 2 also includes multiple control schemes and configurable weapons that are a necessity to defeat the game?s 16 formidable bosses. In addition, players can upload their scores via Nintendo?s Wi-Fi Connection so they can see how they rank against the best."
