I have a HP TX 1000 Tablet PC. Due to system requirements VISTA had to be uninstall and replaced with XP Professional. Now the tablet functions don't work. Is there a "fix" for this

You'd need Windows XP Tablet Edition to get the Tablet features, unfortunately Windows XP Home and Professional edition don't offer tablet support. Also, it's pretty hard to find Tablet Edition sold retail, unlike the other two XP versions . Have you tried contacting HP to see if they'll sell you an OEM copy of XP Tablet Edition for the TX1000?
