Outlook to Palm downloading
      #28795 - 10/20/07 01:26 AM

I am a new user of PDAs having just purchased a Palm E2. I loaded the software CD ono my computer at home, but I want to be able to copy my Outlook calender, from my work computer, to the PDA. How can I do this? The disc will not load onto my work computer, am assuming it is a one-time install. I e-mailed my calender entries to my home computer, saved them into a desk-top folder, but they will not transfer to the PDA-they are listed as incompatible files. Is there an easy way to do this, or do I have to re-enter my calender manually. I also want to be able to load other information from my home computer onto the PDA.

You can install Palm Desktop as many times as you like, there isn't a limit. Does you work computer run a supported version of Windows (i.e.: Win 2000 or Vista) and do you have the administrative login for the work PC so you can install new software?

I have XP Pro at work, which I also have at home. But I do not have Administrative authority to load programs. I will have our IT person load it on Monday-thank you!
