I would recommend checking your local laws before using a program like this. In some states, it is perfectly legal to record a phone call with the consent of only one of the parties on the call - but in others, you must get the consent of all parties, or else it is illegal (in a few states, it is actually a very serious felony).

Even if you record calls illegally and you get away with it, remember that, in the event that you actually end up going to court over something, evidence obtained illegally will not be accepted into the trial.
