importing data into replacement Clie SJ22

I purchased a new SJ22 to replace my old one that is dying. I can hot sync the old one with the desktop, and, hot sync the new one to the desktop with whatever data I input into it, but cannot figure out how to get the data from the old Clie into the new one.
