Hi guys can anyone please assist me, I have an E-ten M500 which is not initializing and hangs even before it prompts me to align the screen. What could be the problem?

It certainly sounds like a hardware problem that would probably require service  .

I'm a kenyan and there are no good hardware experts of E-ten M500, Do you have anyone in mind that i can get in touch with?

I don't know much about Kenya myself. You might have to send it back to ETEN in China. Otherwise, the folks at www.pocketpctechs.com run a good repair service. You might send them an email to see if they think they can fix it. If so, you'd have to send it to them in the US for repair though.
