Nokia E90 sync features

I read that the E90 can sync with PC (or MAC) and I understand that Nokia's do not use Windows Mobile. I am considering purchasing this phone but need to know, can the E90 receive "push email" or is it necessary manually sync to get updates to email and Outlook Calendar info?

The E90 uses manual sync unless your company has an IntelliSync Nokia server or a BlackBerry server.
