I just got a couple of handheld PCs (Jornada 720s if that makes any difference for this question) and the feet are sticky. They've melted a bit and stick to any surface just enough to be annoying. Is there a simple solution/fix other than putting some tape over them? I suppose I could carve replacements out of an eraser and glue them in... any better ideas?
Thanks, Jerry

Try cleaning them with rubbing alcohol... it might help.

Tried it, no luck. Seems the feet have deteriorated into goo (a very thick goo, but a goo nonetheless) so a chemical intervention does not seem appropriate. I was just hoping I wouldn't have to create new feet myself.
Thanks, Jerry
