Hi, my apple notebook has lost its internet access. I can no longer access anywhere including at school (where I was able to before). I have tried to reinstall. Nothing. It will show that there is a wireless internet access that is not secure but I cant access it. Can anyone help?

Hello RebbyC,
I'm not sure if I fully understand your question. It sounds like you are trying to connect to a WiFi network - but what exactly happens when you try?
Are any other forms of Internet access affected?
What did you try to reinstall? I'm not sure what you could reinstall that would be relevant, short of reinstalling all of OS X (which is probably not necessary).

Hi Jacob, well actually, I didn't reinstall anything. I tried to change the internet options, but nothing changed. My computer tells me I'm connected to the wi-fi network, but webpages don,t work, nor does msn. So all in all, I'm supposedly connected, although nothing works. Thanks for your help!

Hmm... are you sure their network is working properly? Do you have any other WiFi computers/phones/etc. you could use to test the network? How long has this been going on?
Have you tried simply rebooting the MacBook? You might also try turning AirPort off and then back on.
