Hi all. I just got a TOMTOM Go 720 (used to have a 510). I have two problems. One is that when i try connecting to my computer it says that the 510 device is the GPS connected and I can't change it to the new 720. The other problem is location... I started to set it up using TomTom Home and entered USA as location but somehow it thinks I'm in Guam. It keeps coming up with TAMUNING GU. When i try to enter my city it says no cities found (because it's in Guam). I have reset the device but that did not clear it. Can anyone help me? TIA, Ellen

Yikes, have you tried calling TomTom support to see what they have to say?

It was a Sunday when I posted so no tech support available. I struggle with it for hours and finally discovered that for some reason there were two maps on the unit-one for the US and a second for Guam. So I was able to switch it to use the US map. I still have no idea why there would be a map of Guam on it. But at least it knows where I am now!
