I'm considering purchasing a life drive from an online retalier and I use windows XP and microsoft office 2007. I would need the life drive to sync with this programs and maintain contacts and documents with word. As the life drive was officialy discontinued a couple of years ago, will i have problems getting the life drive to sync with my programs?

Palm's Outlook 2007 Update says it is compatible with all Palm OS devices and with Windows XP, so you should be fine there.
If you are using one of the most recent versions of Word, you may need to purchase an upgrade to a newer version of Documents To Go than the one that comes with the LifeDrive in order to sync your Word documents.
