This 131k CAB file is a free download for Sprint customers with the Treo 800w. You can download it using your desktop, then transfer it to the Treo and install it or you can download it directly to the phone.
Or you can get it directly on the Treo 800w by visiting http://www.palm.com/800wota using IE Mobile on the phone. Be sure to run the downloaded CAB file to actually install the patch.
