I bought a replacement battery for my iPAQ hx2190. The original battery is a 920mAh, the replacement is 1600mAh. When I installed and charged it, it only reads 36 or 37%? Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Cameron Sino, model number CS-RX3000SL, 1600mAh, 3.7V. I bought it from Infinity Batteries.
