Have Treo 650 now & what do I go to next after 4 yrs

Been using a Treo 650 for nearly 4 yrs, what do I upgrade to know, like the Palm OS but some think the WinMob is good. I have a lot of third party stuff for the job and want it to keep working conversion should be no issue but WHAT PDA DO i NEED TO LOOK AT????

Which carrier do you prefer? That could help narrow it down.

On Sprint, the Treo Centrol (Palm OS) and the new Treo 800w (Windows Mobile) might be good fits.
