This is the hardware:
1x Ipaq 3870
1x pcmcia expansion jacket
1x pcmcia usb card 4x usb ports.
i haven't buy the pcmcia usb card yet, i need to know first what usb card will work with the Ipaq 3870 for me to plug a usb hard drive to it just to access pictures and music, also will be great if i could plug a small web cam to one other usb port and a wireless adapter too, my idea is to first use it for music and pictures at home but it will be a great plus if i could run SKYPE there too...
If anybody has any idea on how i could make this happen will be great...

I don't think that iPAQ has USB host support/drivers so it probably won't work.
