I have had my Epix now for 5 days and I have noticed that I am not getting the notice sound when I get a text or email. I have check and recheched the settings and the notice sound will work just once after a reset. Also when I get a incoming call the ring volume is very low until the third ring. The settings are set for ring only and not the increasing ring. Has any one else been having problems?

Yes, I mentioned the lack of alert sounds for new email in our review. It's a bug and I hope Samsung and AT&T will fix it quickly.
Mine doesn't change ringer volume as the phone continues to ring. I might try changing the ring settings to something else, then back again just in case it's someone confused and stuck on increasing ring (despite what you see listed).

Actually, the first ring is quieter than all further rings. I've noticed this on other WinMo Pro phones like the iPAQ 910c. I have a feeling that's an OS "feature" and not a bug, weird as that might sound. But only the first ring is quieter.
