Based on a slew of good reviews, I recently bought a Jawbone II Bluetooth headset to use with my Blackberry. People I'm speaking with on the phone intermittently complain that my voice fades out and they can't hear me. At first, I thought that this was because I was sometimes turning my head during our conversations. But I'm receiving complaints from people that I speak with, even when my head isn't moving at all.
Have any one you experienced this problem and is there any solution to it? Thanks. Robert

To be honest, I have not used the J2 myself, but a few possibilities come to mind: 1. The headset might be a little too far from the phone 2. The headset's battery might be low 3. The headset might be applying some sort of DSP/ambient noise reduction algorithm that has gone awry (I'm not sure if you can make any adjustments to that feature with the equipment you're using). 4. You might've just gotten a bad unit. (Can you try the headset with other phones, or other headsets with your phone?)
Do any of these sound like they are on the right track?
