According to a report from AP, ATT had said it'd sell the iPhone without requiring a two-year contract. The prices without the subsidies for the two iPhone models will be $599 and $699, quoting a spokeman of the company.
The iPhones will still be "locked" to AT&T and will be activated on the regular iPhone plans. Prepaid service will not be available under these terms.
