AT&T Releases the Samsung SGH-a657 Push-To-Talk Phone

Samsung Mobile and ATT today announced the availability of the SGH-a657, a tough and sturdy phone with push-to-talk capabilities.

The a657 is certified to meet military specifications for dust, shock, vibration, rain, humidity, solar radiation, altitude and temperature extremes and features a rubberized handle, which makes it easy to attach to a belt, lanyard or strap. In addition, the built-in flashlight, which can be activated by simply pressing and holding the upper right-hand side of the device, is a convenient way to help users find items in low-light. It works with the AT&T Navigator providing both audio and visual maps with turn-by-turn driving directions.
