Is there a nice program that allow my Toshiba e740 to send, receive and organize SMS and EMS messages?
Is there a nice program that allow my Toshiba e740 to send, receive faxes?

If you do a search on SMS on handango.com, you will find at least a dozen apps. Pick the one you like the best.
Same goes for fax apps.

SO, DO you always need a cell phone to use one of these progrmas either SMS messages or fax?, otherwise your pocket PC is not going to send anything by itself??

For SMS, you're pretty much going to need a cell phone. For faxing, you could also use a CF fax modem card, if your PDA has a CF slot.

Can you use wireless connection (like WiFi system) to send and recieve faxes??

I imagine via an Internet service that handles faxes over the Internet. Faxes were developed for phone technology, so it's not natively available for most fax apps.

Ok, and, Do you also need a cell phone service (like VoiceStream, for instance) along with the cell phone aparatus itself to use those SMS messaging Pocket PC programs? or the cell phone aparatus itself is enough?

I have another question. What are Nokia Card Phone 2.0. and Flash SMS card? Are these to use in the Pocket PC? So, If you use these cards you do not need the cell phone to send teh SMS messages from your Pocket PC??
