Help to choose Pocket PC device with GPS and good screen

I need a PDA to run software, OK I admit, it is for Golf, and it needs Pocket PC and GPS
Might as well get a phone as well: The Fujistu LOOX N560 works well with the software I am told but is not a phone The NOKIA97 looks great but is not Pocket PC OS: Can anyone helpwith rcommendations of what make and model to get: Maps would be for Europe THANKS
