News: Mark/Space Ships PC and Mac Versions of The Missing Sync for Android
      #35414 - 12/15/09 10:59 PM

Mark/Space(R), creator of award-winning desktop and handheld synchronization software, announced the immediate release of their all-in-one sync solution for Android-powered phones, The Missing Sync(R) for Android. Synchronize contacts and media files between a computer and phones running the Android OS, such as the HTC Hero, Motorola Cliq and T-Mobile myTouch. Coming soon, The Missing Sync will also support phones running Android OS 2.0, such as the Verizon Droid by Motorola.

The Missing Sync for Android synchronizes contacts with applications PC and Mac users already use, like Microsoft Outlook and Mac OS X Address Book.

With Mark/Space Proximity Sync(TM) technology, contacts stay in sync wirelessly and automatically.(1) Sync happens whenever the phone is near the computer. Proximity Sync works even when the phone is in a bag, backpack, or pants pocket. Contacts stay synchronized without having to think about it. It's syncing without thinking - convenient and hassle-free.

Enjoy the rich media features of Android-powered phones. The Missing Sync works with iTunes and Windows Media Player to transfer whole playlists of music and podcasts fast via USB cable. Transfer photos, videos, and ringtones, too.(2)

Copy folders of files and documents - Text, PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - from a PC or Mac to an Android phone to view on-the-go.(3)

Mark/Space will introduce Android 2.0 support for phones such as the Verizon Droid by Motorola and more features in upcoming free updates to The Missing Sync for Android. Additional features planned include synchronization of calendars, tasks and notes.

Pricing and Availability

The Missing Sync for Android is available as an electronic download from the Mark/Space online store for $39.95 USD, available for Windows PC and Mac.

Customers who own any version of The Missing Sync can crossgrade to The Missing Sync for Android for $29.95.
