My toshiba pocketpc e405 not responding to tapping on the screen. I have reset it and initialized it, but neither of those worked. The buttons on the front work fine - contacts, calendar etc. -- but not the screen with the stylus.
Any ideas?

If a hard reset (wiping the e405 clean and removing all data and settings) doesn't revive the display, then it likely needs a hardware repair. Pocket PC Techs fixes these kinds of problems and they do list the screen repair/replacement option but it costs $99: http://www.ppctechs.com/Toshiba-e405_227/repairs/Touchscreen-Repair-Service_362.htm
