Video review: Droid X by Motorola on Verizon
      #37735 - 07/06/10 08:08 PM

The Droid X is Verizon's latest Android superphone and it gives every other Android smartphone on the market a run for its money. No, it doesn't have 4G but it does have fantastic build quality, a third generation 1GHz OMAP CPU, an excellent 8 megapixel camera and Verizon's strong network behind it. The Motorola Droid X is a slate design phone (no hardware keyboard) with a 4.3" capacitive multi-touch display and it runs Android 2.1 with some pleasing Motorola home screen enhancements.

Other features include WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, WiFi sharing (it can act like a MiFi and share its 3G connection over WiFi with laptops, iPads, etc.) and DLNA support. The Droid X will be available on Verizon July 15 for $199 after a $100 rebate with a 2 year contract. Our full written review will be here later today or tomorrow.

Amazing! You know you should change the introduction to your videos into something more flashy. Like zooms on phones with some cool music like the stuff they do at Appadvice.

A proud reviewer of MobileTechREview!
