microsoft office or word via wacom tablet

Does anyone know how many lines of text you can write with a wacom tablet or another tablet pc like the hp touchsmart tm2 before it has to convert it into text? The video review only shows 2 lines.

In Windows 7, you can re-size the text input window if you like and make it larger. You can also set the delay before it recognizes text if you wish.
