Nokia today said that two U.S. cell phone carriers will make two Nokia phones available to their pre-pay customers. ATT will offer pre-pay customers the Nokia C3, a poppluar and affordable QWERTY phone for $79.99 at Wal-Mart stores nationwide. T-Mobile will soon offer the Nokia Nuron to its pre-pay plans for $129.99.
