U.S. Cellular today began offering Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) update to the Samsung Mesmerize Galaxy S phone users. Customers can visit http://www.uscellular.com/android/software.html where they will find information that explains the new features that they will experience after the upgrade and an installation guide that explains the process and allows customers to upgrade.
This will update any Mesmerize to Gingerbread, no matter what version of software is currently on the device.
