It's February 22, and that means the Sony PS Vita goes on sale in the US. Available in WiFi and WiFi plus 3G models, Sony's latest portable gaming console is a winner. The hardware is exquisite, the game titles are compelling and the controls mean never having to suffer with a smartphone touchscreen again when gaming. Beyond gaming, the $249 PS Vita can play movies, TV shows, Netflix and get you into social networking. There's a GPS with Google Maps too. But the dual analog joysticks had me the minute I pushed the Start button.
