I have been searching for the best bang for the buck convertible ultrabook OR tablet w/keyboard. I can get a Lenovo Thinkpad Twist for about $800 (I think its $775 on Lenovo.com). Is that the cheapest convertible with an i5? Is there a cheaper Tablet with dock that also has the i5. I REALLY like the looks of the HP Revolve....but its over $1,000 so it's not being considered.
I am trying to find a device with Windows 8, with a pen, and a i5 for around $800 (not really wanting to go any higher than $800 but will consider it if it's close). I know the Twist doesn't support pen ( :-( )
Anyways is there anything else that compares to the Twist? Thanks!

For the price, the ThinkPad Twist definitely offers the most bang for the buck among Core i5 convertibles. If you want the pen, then you're looking at the more expensive Sony Vaio Duo 11, Asus Taichi and Samsung ATIV 700T that start around $1,200.
