I'm leaning more towards the XPS 12 but Lenovo Yoga now has i7-3537U available as a processor and it's around $175 cheaper than the Dell. I don't really care for the folding mechanism though. Thoughts?

If you don't care for the folding mechanism, then I'd say get the Dell. For $175 it's often not worth it to live with a design that you don't like, especially if you intend on keeping it several years.

Thanks Lisa. Any idea of how fast the 3537U would be compared to the 3517U?

It's a little faster, but I honestly wouldn't call it very noticeable.
