Dibbles is a puzzle game in the tradition of the 90's classic, Lemmings. Your task is to guide the Dibbles safely off the screen. This is not nearly as straightforward as it sounds.
The Dibbles are completely mindless but loveable. When each level begins they appear, and begin their inexorable death march. Only you can help them save themselves by strategically placing command stones in front of obstacles. Need a Dibble to act as a bridge? There's a stone for that. There's also one that turns an unlucky Dibble into a springboard, bungee, digger, blocker, etc. This is unlucky because the selected Dibble, Once put to work, can never escape. It is sacrificed so that the others can be saved. You can never save all the Dibbles but your score will reflect the number of Dibble that safely exit the screen (not to mention the all important King Dibble) so plan wisely, and don't be afraid to make those difficult command decisions. When your decisions are bad ones, Dibbles will die in spectacularly gruesome and deeply disturbing ways. Yes, it's comical, but the animations are a bit over the top, and will not be to everyone's tastes so don't say you weren't warned. There are 33 levels included with the game, which is a bit short by today's standards, but they are enjoyable and well crafted so you'll get your $2 worth. By far, the best part of Dibbles is the organic feel that it possesses. There are multiple solutions for every level, some of which I'm certain were not anticipated by the developer. Dibbles does not support Achievements, but Game Center Leaderboards are there for you competitive gamers.
Dibbles betrays its Flash roots in the graphics department. Animations are a bit crude and the sprites are decidedly low resolution. The game's charm and personality go a ways toward mitigating this, however.
The sound effects and music are quite primitive, but not jarringly so. They're not annoying as much as they're a non-entity.
In-App Purchases (IAPs)
Dibbles contains no IAPs of any kind, although the Dibbles Pro Pack, which contains much more difficult levels, is available for separate purchase on the App Store.
Dibbles is a fun diversion for fans of puzzle games; particularly for those who enjoyed Lemmings. It's not graphically or audibly rich, but it's got lots of personality.

Playing Hints and Tips:
Before you begin strategizing, take a hard look at what Command Stones you have access to; what's available on each level will give you clues as to the standard solution. That being said, half the fun is figuring out unintended solutions so spend some time and experiment!
