Samsung Monitor

I just bought this: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C18YQ86/ref=pe_385040_30332200_pe_309540_26725410_item . I am a web developer who works with Photoshop but also watches a lot of Netflix and likes to play games. This will accompany my 13 inch retina macbook pro when those come out. Did I make a good buy or should I have gone with an IPS?

I haven't used that particular model, but user feedback seems very positive. Give it a try and see how it looks to your eyes. There are displays that rival IPS for viewing angles, so that's not always a negative.

I'm not exactly a Samsung fan nowadays , but their displays are known for being pretty good. I haven't used that model, but I like that it has full 1080p and a 60 Hz refresh rate. The reviews are good too.
