Noreve currently offers three high quality leather case models for the iPad Air including two portfolio style cases and a pouch style case. The Noreve Apple iPad Air Leather Case in Tradition - 9106T is the slimmer version of the two portfolio style cases and it's also lighter. The Noreve Apple iPad Air Leather Case is very protective of the entire tablet, easy to use and it comes in an incredible number of colors and textures.
The Noreve Apple iPad Air Leather Case is a very sturdy case that has serious inserts to make both the tablet holder and the front cover rigid to protect the tablet from scratches, pokes and bumps in a bag or travel case. The tablet holder is molded to fit the iPad Air perfectly and the side-loading case is very easy to install and to slide off. The back of the case has very strong inserts and the edges that hold the sides of the iPad Air have been reinforced to protect the tablet from shock should you bump it or drop it. In addition to strong inserts, the front cover has extra padding both on the exterior and interior to protect the display glass from pokes and scratches. The front cover latches onto the iPad Air tightly and securely when it's shut. The small metal Nereve logo is the only accent on the solid colored case.
As with most Noreve's cases, the Noreve Apple iPad Air Leather Case comes in dozens of colors and many texture finishes. You can personalize your case by customizing the texture (nappa, grainy, shiny and more) and color (up to a doze colors in each texture selection). The quality of the leather is top notch and the quality of workmanship is excellent. The added protection doesn't add too much bulk to the profile of the case but it does add 11.6 ounces to the lightest iPad to date.
The Noreve Apple iPad Air Leather Case is very easy to use and very functional case. It has cutouts for all ports and buttons on the iPad Air, including top power button, mic, audio jack, bottom speakers and Lightning port, and the side silence/screen lock button and the volume buttons. The case has a cutout for the rear camera, which is big enough to give the lens a full view; and a cutout for the rear mic which isn't exactly centered on our unit but doesn't block the sound at all.
The Noreve Apple iPad Air Leather Case also offers a multi-functional front cover. It supports the iPad Air's smart cover feature and turns on and off the screen automatically when you open and close the cover. There are three deep grooves in the interior of the front cover and you can slide your iPad Air out of the left portion of the tablet holder and prop it up in the build-in stand in landscape orientation. Combining the three grooves and the closure latch, you can position your iPad Air in four different angles for media viewing, web page viewing, video chatting and more.
If you're looking for a classy-looking case that's made with real leather for the iPad Air, the Noreve Apple iPad Air Leather Case is hard to beat. The case uses high quality material, the workmanship is meticulous, and the selection in both color and texture is one of the biggest on the market. The case protects the entire tablet very well and it supports all iPad Air's functions and features while the tablet is stored in the case. We love how easy it is to use the built-in stand and enjoy the flexibility on the viewing angles. The case is quite thin for the strong protection it provides but it does add some noticeable weight.
