Ape Case Launches New Bag Collections for DSLRs
      #46771 - 07/28/14 07:50 PM

Ape Case has announced a spate of new products, including a colorful line of photo/tablet messenger bags, a series of expandable camera holsters, and a full-featured photo system backpack. Here are the details on these new bags from Ape Case:

The Tech Messenger collection is a sleek, modern twist on classic flap over courier styling. Contoured padding gives the bag its distinctive shape, while maximizing interior capacity and ease of access. A movable/removable padded wall divides the main camera compartment, while a separate rear zippered pocket holds a tablet and small accessories. The compact size holds a Compact System Camera and accessories, as well as an iPad Mini or other small tablet or e-reader. The large version holds a DSLR and accessories, and iPad or other full-size tablet. Other features include adjustable shoulder strap with contoured pad, easy-pull zippers and no-scratch tricot tablet compartment. Bag bodies are gray with choice of Burnt Orange, Cool Aqua or Pistachio Green front flap and trim.

The Ape Case Expandable Camera Holsters, look at first glance like traditional bags of the same basic shape. But the similarity ends when the side clips are released, revealing an extended top section that increases the overall bag capacity by about 50%. The top can bExpandablee used as a separate compartment, or its floor unzipped to create an extra-tall main interior for additional camera/lens space. The camera is stored in lens-down "quick draw" fashion, with movable padded dividers for a secure fit. Other features include zippered accessory pocket, hand carry strap and shoulder strap with no-slip pad, and reinforced bottom panel. A removable water bottle holder is also included. Available in three sizes, covering everything from Compact System Camera to pro DSLR and zoom. The largest two sizes have additional side pockets, accessory spaces, as well as separate rain covers in their own storage pouches.

The Maxess DSLR Backpack. Like the expandable holsters, the Maxess offers a snap-open expansion top, providing a hMaxessuge compartment for clothing, lunch or other trekking needs. The main interior is accessible from both the side and back of the pack and has ample space and dividers to accommodate a complete pro DSLR system. The pack is feature-rich, with padded harness, belt and ventilated back panel, tablet pocket, stowaway tripod carrier and rain cover, multiple accessory compartments, removable bottle carrier, reinforced bottom panel, and more.

Like other Ape Case models, all of the new styles feature Hi-Vis yellow interiors, making even the smallest loose items easy to find anywhere in the bag. All are made of durable yet lightweight, water-repellant materials, and all are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Tech Messengers carry typical street prices from $34.99 to $39.99, Compact Expandable Holsters from $24.99 to $39.99, and the Maxess Backpack $179.99. For more info visit
