Sony .MQV movie format question

I put a movie from my sony clie nx70 onto my pc. It is in the .MQV file format. I can not find any movie players that will play this format. Does anyone know how or of a program that can convert the clie's .MQV movie files into playable movie files like .avi or is there any other way I can play the sony clie movies on my computer? Thanks

Use any video editor or converter on your PC that can convert QuickTime movies to other formats. QuickTime Pro can do that and there may be others.
