I've had to hard Reset my new 2215 twice now and everytime I do that it creates a new partnership which is stuck in windows. e.g. in file or windows explorer if you right click on a file and use the option "send to" not only do all the partnerships with this 2215 show up but also the ones for my jornadas from over a year ago. how do I clean this our of window?
In ActiveSync on the desktop, go to the File menu and select Mobile Device. That's a sub menu that should list all the partnerships. Select the one you wish to delete. Then go to Delete Partnership under the File menu to delete that partnership.
