Lotus Notes sync with Palm T3

Hi,

My wife is so impressed with the T3 that she bought me for Xmas -

- that she is thinking of replacing her aging, always-needs-charging old iPaq with a T3 of her own.

For work, she needs to be able to sync with Lotus Notes. Any recommendations?
