Dell Axim 3 Advanced

Can I download an HTML document from my PC to the Dell Axim 3 Advanced, and can I then navigated around this HTML document with a cursor?

You can save html docs to your Pocket PC and navigate the pages using the included stylus using Pocket Internet Explorer which is pre-installed on all PPCs.
