First I'm also thinking of getting a PDA (if i get one i was thinking a Ipaq 2210) Do you think that would be a good buy for multimedia stuff? Is there ne thing better i could get for $450 or less?
And wi-fi really doesn't have a purpose unless u have a wireless network at home right?
And my last question is are pda's really worth it? All i can think that i would do with my pda would be multimedia stuff (movies, games, mp3's) and organizational things. Is there any thing else that i'm not thinking of? And ne one with a pda was it worth it?
And fyi i'm a student, Thanks

The 2210 is a great unit for multimedia. It's an excellent choice in your price range.
WiFi is handy if you have it at home, work or school (lots of colleges have WiFi). It's also available at public places like Starbucks and selected McDonalds, but you do have to pay a fee to use it in those venues.
Besides organizational stuff, multimedia and gaming, PDAs are great for: reading eBooks taking notes in class using Pocket Word surfing the Net and doing email (if you go with WiFi). and more!
