Disabling the voice recorder button on an old iPaq

Hi,

My wife has an iPaq 3630 and would like to disable the voice record button as it is often pressed accidentally (causing the iPaq to turn on and drain power). Setting the button to another application doesn't help the problem.

Any ideas appreciated.
