I cant get any sound on the 4350. all the volume is maxed out. I am new at ppc 2003 and I dont know if I am missing something
please help

No sound at all- no alarms, system alerts, MP3 music and etc? Or is it just one app that's giving your problems? Also make sure the mute button isn't check on the volume control applet.

Ya just no sound at all. I crank all the settings up and there is no results. sound is not muted. It is like there is no speaker built into it. the head phones work but for what I am using it for I need the speaker to work. any ideas

It sounds like it's defective  . I'd suggest returning it.
