I will try to keep this simple so someone will respond--- If I buy a clie "TH55 for example" Am I limiting my soft from the avalable software out there, VS the ones that allow CF slots "NX80v for example? OR can I tranfer The CF cards onto a memory stick? Please let me know my options on this. I love the sony's but not the limitations. Thanks.
Clies are running Palm OS. As long as the software will run on Palm OS 5 (for the NX), they will run on the NX80. As for the storage options, Sony supports Memory Stick as opposed to CF or SD cards. They are just storage options, won't effect the software support for the PDA unit. You can run programs off of Memory Sticks just like you can with CF cards.
